1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the surg11 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and surg11 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the surg11 platform and must cease usage immediately.

2 Member Eligibility and Age Restriction

The surg11 platform is intended for individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Be at least 18 Years Old on the date of registration.
• Residing in an area that does not prohibit the use of online entertainment platforms such as surg11.
• Register as a private individual and not on behalf of a business entity or company.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or gambling ban imposed by any relevant authority.

Surg11 implements a rigorous age verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer). Our platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other relevant documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account termination.

3 Account Registration and Member Responsibilities

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at surg11. Holding more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated and all balances and winnings forfeited.

During registration, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information about yourself.
• Update your account information should any changes occur.
• Keep your account password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Be fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Notify surg11 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Surg11 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Surg11 accepts deposits via multiple local Malaysia payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All deposits are processed instantly and considered final once confirmation is received from the payment provider.

Deposit:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are stated within the platform interface at the time of the transaction.
• Surg11 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Any deposit made through a third party or on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawal winnings are processed within 3 to 15 minutes to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the member's name.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account used for the deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.
• Surg11 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside full operating hours may be processed during the next operating window.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Surg11 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP offers. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and rules stated at the time the offer is issued.

General terms applicable to all surg11 bonuses:

• All bonuses have wagering requirement that must be met before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawing your winnings.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: Set a maximum limit on your deposits within a specified period.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to absorb within a specified period.
• Cool-off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Request permanent account closure if you feel that gaming has negatively impacted your life.

8 Account Closure, Suspension, and Termination

Surg11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms within this document.
• Fraud, suspicious activity, or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to pass KYC identity verification within the stipulated period.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also request to voluntarily close their account at any time through the account settings section or by contacting customer support. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process, subject to no outstanding term violations.

9 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

Surg11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or device issues on the member's end.
• Any financial losses resulting from gaming activity on the platform.
• Unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Data damage or loss that is beyond surg11's reasonable control.

While surg11 strives to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. In cases genuinely beyond our control, surg11 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance or repairs without providing compensation to members.

10 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in surg11's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between the member and surg11.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
